This last week, I listened to one of the most powerful things I have heard in a long time. Shane Claiborne at Mars Hill Bible Church. As I was listening, I nearly cried as I reflect on my life and how out of sync it is from where i long for it to be. So many distractions… so much for myself. Please listen to the questions asked at the end as he hits on so many of the excuses I have heard in the last few years.

As I have been working at the ranch, I listen to a message that some of my favorite spiritual leaders have given recently. An hour of laying pipe gives me just enough time to listen to one 45 minute message and have time to think about it. I am going to put up a new page called What I’m listening to.
