Modern Monk Retreats

Useful Practices for Spiritual Journeyers
Retreats for the Modern Monk open the doors and windows of your spiritual journey to provide you with support, ideas, and useful practices to integrate your spirituality into all of your life. In these easily-paced three days, we will share times for yoga and engaging the body, group dialog and reflection, teaching on practical yet profound spiritual practice, and space for reflection, journaling, and time in nature. People of all spiritual journeys are welcome and from all different places on their journey as well (from seeker to guru!!). Join as we bring the monastery to the every-day.
