…from the Spiritual Directors International website:
Spiritual direction is the process of accompanying people on a spiritual journey. Spiritual direction helps people tell their sacred stories everyday. Spiritual direction exists in a context that emphasizes growing closer to God (or the holy or a higher power). Spiritual direction invites a deeper relationship with the spiritual aspect of being human. Spiritual direction is not psychotherapy, counseling, or financial planning. My heart for Direction and Spiritual conversation:
We all need to engage with others in our pursuit of a deeper connection with the divine and our connections with others. Most often we just need to find someone to help us ask the right questions. This is what I seek to offer. I am and will always be a beginning one… and my deep desire is to listen and walk with you on your spiritual journey as well. I do not expect to change or “fix,” but more to help you find the way to grow and engage in the transformation that comes from connecting with that which is beyond and within yourself.
Cost:
Cost for an hour is entirely situational, as so many of us are in very different places economically… although, when we give or trade for our gifts there is more ownership in the offering and receiving.
Any contribution for our time together will be considered a tax-deductible donation to bridgeWorks ( an educational 501[c]3 focused on developing sustainable community and mature village culture), which works to make conversations like ours possible.

What types of spiritual direction do you provide? Jewish? Islamic? Eastern Philosophy?
The best spiritual direction I can offer is from myself… so firmly grounded in a solid historically aware Christ following tradition yet with the understanding that God is so much bigger than any one religion can describe. People experience God, Spirit, Source, creator, mystery in so many different ways and my hope is to help them name and listen to that experience and move towards living their gift to the world that is written on their soul.
